Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Cohere Learning Ltd.

 

Eligibility to enter

1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people who provide their email address after completing the survey

2. The Prize Draw is open to all ages, but anyone under the age of 18 must have consent of a parent or guardian before entering the prize draw

3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

4. The prize draw is free to enter.

 

How to enter

1. To enter the Prize Draw you must use https://cohere.community (“Cohere”) and then provide feedback on your experience by completing the feedback form on the Cohere ‘connection challenge’ leaflet or by speaking to a member of the Cohere team who will be at the University of Manchester Community Festival on the 25 June 2022.

2. By using Cohere to enter this prize draw you agree to the Cohere Terms and Conditions (https://www.cohere.education/terms-and-conditions) and the Cohere Privacy Policy (https://www.cohere.education/privacy-policy)

3. You must provide your name and email address to enter the Prize Draw.  No purchase is necessary.  

4. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at contact@cohere.education with “COHERE CONNECTION CHALLENGE" in the subject line.

5. Cohere Learning Ltd  will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

6. Cohere Learning Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Cohere Learning Ltd.

7. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 15:59 on 25 June 2022.  Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

 

The prize

1. There will be 1 winner, receiving a prize of a £50 Amazon Voucher.

2. Cohere Learning Ltd’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

3. The winners will be drawn at random.

4. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

6. The decision of Cohere Learning Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

Winner announcement

1. The winner will be notified after 26 June 2022 via the email provided when entering the draw.

2. Cohere Learning Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

3. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Cohere Learning Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

 

Receipt of the prize

1. The prize will be delivered electronically to the email provided when entering the draw. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

 

Data protection and publicity

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Cohere Learning Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at contact@cohere.education. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Cohere Learning Ltd

3. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Cohere Learning Ltd’s Privacy Notice.

 

Limitation of Liability

1. Cohere Learning Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Cohere Learning Ltd does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

2. Cohere Learning Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

 

General

1. Cohere Learning Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
